1. fill out an injury report form and have your club send it to IHV (see Injury Reports below)
2. If a claim is required, then you deal with the insurer using the process under Insurance Claims below.

Note: prior to processing a claim, the insurer may contact IHV to confirm that the injury occurred in a sanctioned event, so it is important that

                a) you are listed on the game sheet, b) we have a copy of the injury report on hand.
